Schedly It provides tools to create proposals, manage jobs, schedule appointments, send invoices, and collect payment records. Features may vary by subscription plan and add-ons.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The service is intended for businesses operating in the United States unless otherwise agreed.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically through Stripe until cancelled. Fees are billed in USD. Add-ons are billed separately and may require a minimum one-month commitment. Failed payments may result in a grace period followed by account suspension.
Acceptable use
You may not use Schedly It for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to transmit malware. You may not attempt to access other tenants' data or disrupt platform operations.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, proposals, client data). You grant Schedly It a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Schedly It is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. You may cancel at any time through billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
